The Victory Cherokee Organization (VCO) has been working for the past year to finalize the location and plans for a community center in Collinsville. The base for that building is now taking shape on the south edge of the Victory Cemetery. I took the top two photos Tuesday with the road way extended to the now raised pad where the foundation will soon be poured. Danny Stanley supplied the lower photos of the work in recent weeks.
