I had a mid-day email Thursday giving "back door" directions to Karen's Kountry Kitchen as Main Street was blocked. I didn't get a chance to check it out until hours later with Main then reopened after a large sewer line was installed and the roadway gap refilled with gravel. -- Ted 3/13/2008
Most of the old pavement is still in place on the west side of the new Main Street bridge. Framing seems to indicate a concrete pour pretty soon for the future crowned 4-lane bridge topping. (Previous Coverage)
The local price for a gallon of gasoline has slipped back above $3.00 recently with historic highs over $100 per barrel of crude oil this week.
