Collinsville will eventually have a new animal shelter, but in the meantime business continues at the old facility at the city yard (near the future Broadway bridge below). Animal Control Officer Daniel Willis checked on about seven dogs Tuesday trying to stay cool and hoping for a return to their old home or a new adopted home. (Previous Coverage) |

School doesn't officially "Start" until August 17th, but many kids, parents, coaches, teachers and administrators are already quite busy preparing for the fall semester (or first tri-mester for CHS). |
