Member of Collinsville's Community Church dedicated the site and broke ground Sunday for their new church building. The new building will be built on the site of their former church damaged by fire June 3, 2004. The church has been meeting at St. Therese's Catholic Church while they are between buildings.
Church members inspect the church later in the day of the June. 3, 2004 fire.
The drawing above shows plans for the new Community Church which were approved at the Collinsville Planning Commission's Board of Adjustments in Nov. 2004.
