The Collinsville City Commission will meet Wednesday, June 22nd at 7pm (at the City Hall Annex, 1126 West Main) for a special meeting of the City Commission.

III. Roll Call: All Present: Mayor Stan Sallee, Vice Mayor Gail Rogers, Commissioner Pam Porter, Commissioner Melodie Bateman and Commissioner Brad Overholt.

IV.UNFINISHED BUSINESS

1. PUBLIC HEARING: Consideration and possible approval of FY 2005-2006 Budget. (see 6/20 budget info) [Ted Note: I have a packet at the Newspaper Museum if you would like to review more detail. -or- ask at city hall for an official copy.] -- Budget approved.

V. EXECUTIVE SESSION

1. Consideration and possible action to go into Executive Session to discuss and possibly take action on the following:

A. Discussions concerning the employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining or resignation of any individual salaried public officer or employee as allowed by O.S. 25, 307 (b) (1).

· City Manager Selection Process and possible hiring

-- without the need for an executive session the hiring of Pamala J. Polk (Mangum, Oklahoma's city manager since Oct. 2003) was approved by all commissioners. The commissioners already had a signed contract tonight having negotiated with Ms. Polk at a previous executive session (6/13). The approximate transitiuon date from Mangum to Collinsville is set for July, 29, 2005.

2. Possible actions on any matter considered in Executive Session.

VI. NEW BUSINESS

1. Consideration of any new business, which can be considered an emergency, to come before the City Commission not known about or which could not have been reasonably anticipated at the time of posting this agenda. -- None
