The Collinsville City Commission met Monday, June 20th
at 7pm (at the City Hall Annex, 1126 West Main) for the regular meeting of the Municipal Authority and Commission.

City Commission

Commissioner Melodie Bateman was absent.

IV. CONSENT: All matters under "Consent" are considered by the City Commission to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. Any Commissioner may, however, remove an item from consent by request.
1. Approval of Minutes of the Collinsville City Commission Regular Meeting of June 6, 2005, Minutes of the Collinsville City Commission Special Meeting of June 13, 2005 and Work Session of June 8, 2005 and Work Session of June15, 2005.
2. Approval of disbursements and payroll.
3. Cemetery Deeds

V.UNFINISHED BUSINESS

1. PUBLIC HEARING: Consideration and possible approval of FY 2005-2006 Budget. (Action was deferred ... will be discussed Wednesday at another budget meeting). The proposed budget summary was published in a"Collinsville News" June 15th legal notice and is further summarized below:

* August 9th is the likely date for the citizen's vote on the city take over of the ONG gas franchise.

* Today was the first SK&O right of way cleanup deadline set by the Corporation Commission. An inspection will likely occus in about 10 days.
