expedite the demolition of the Middle School Media Center (to allow construction
on the new facilities including a new library), the current library is closing
down now.

new middle school building willl house the new library, a large cafeteria /
commons area, offices and classrooms when completed.
This
was one view of the old library back in February 2004, before the voters approved
the new construction on Feb. 24th.
Like
an army of ants, Middle School students form a long line of book carriers to
help librarian Karen Rowden relocate the books from the Media Center to temporary
storage until the new library is readied.
