Note: Claude "Dugie" Wright moved to Collinsville in May of 1899 when he was 6 years old, more than 14 years before the City Hall building was completed in December 1913.

President Kennedy never visited Collinsville, but he was photographed by Collinsville resident C.H. Wright in 1961.
The photo was taken near Poteau, Oklahoma, two years before Kennedy's death on Nov. 22, 1963.
