More Rally Photos

Collinsville hosted a parade and rally to show support for our troops fighting in foreign lands. Despite rainy weather, the day was a hugh success. Hundreds of citizens and visitors displayed their support for the troops with their patriotic signs, clothing, flags, speeches and songs.

The festivities began with a Main Street parade which included veterans as well as active military personnel and equipment. The parade was followed by a rally in the City Park. Many speeches, songs and music, all wished our servicemen and veterans well and offered support. Items were collected to fill Liberty Boxes, blood was donated, and a good time was had by all.
