Booth Space is 10X10. Cost is $40 and should be received in our office no later than June 1, 2011.

1. Event day is Saturday, June 11, 2011in Collinsville, OK. Set-up by the vendor should be no later than 8:00 am on the morning of the event unless other arrangements have been made. Exhibitors personal vehicles must be out of the event area by 8:00 am.
2. All sales during the event are subject to local and state sales tax of 9.267%. The tax monies will be collected at the end of the event by a representative of Collinsville Downtown Inc. An OK Sales Tax number is required and must be included with this application. We must have a copy of your tax ID number for our files. A sales tax form will be provided to all vendors at registration.
3.In order to be placed in the Arts and Craft category, your items MUST be hand made! Otherwise, you are considered a “Commercial” vendor.
4. Your location will be provided to you upon your arrival the day of the event.
5. If electric is requested, the Vendor will be responsible for bringing your own extension cords. PLEASE NOTE: Extension cords, tables and chairs are not provided!
6. No exclusive rights for the sale of any item will be guaranteed.
7. You may begin tear down after 4:30 pm. We ask that your area be clean and vacated by 6:00 pm.
8. This is an outdoor event and there are no guarantees for weather. Registration fees are not refunded unless Collinsville Downtown Inc. cancels the event. We typically have wind that day so be prepared with tie downs or weights for tents.
9. PLEASE NOTE: City of Collinsville guidelines state that at least 4 feet of sidewalk thoroughfare must be available for foot traffic. Sidewalk vendors must set up to allow for proper passage.
10. We cannot guarantee that any vendor will have an exclusive on any item. Vendor fees must be paid in full by June 1, 2011.

HOLD HARMLESS CLAUSE: “The exhibitor/vendor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages, and claims arising out of injury to persons or damage to displays, equipment, or other property brought upon the premises and agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Collinsville Main Street Program and it’s owners, serve3nts, agents, officers, and any employees against all claims or expenses for such losses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of use of space at the event. The exhibitor/vendor understands that the Collinsville Main Street Program does not maintain insurance covering the exhibitor/vendor’s property or lost revenues and it is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor/vendor to obtain such insurance.
