Building Site Reports --
* Stacy/CUE -- Received $8K grant for playground
shade structure & $500 VVEC grant for bike rack; nearly 100% contact
with parents for distance learning; will wrap up end of this week
* Hunt/Herald -- Designated teacher checkout times scheduled; summer
building improvements
* Bilyeu/WIlson -- Finding positives in these difficult times
* Lang/MS -- Wraping up; teachers will cleanup & check out next
week; will survey what worked and not during distance learning
* Kiker/HS -- Graduation rescheduled to July 10 at UMAC; online slideshows
for seniors instead of awards assembly
6. Directors Report
* Crutchfield -- trying to track potential school
financial impact due to COVID-19 / oil-gas economic changes
* Hamlin -- Checking potential standards gaps with final weeks of
distance learning; working on technology needs for next year; moving
Teacher of the Year celebration to August (normally in May)
* Harp -- All Good
* Cantrell -- Tracking OSSAA limits/rules for restart of sports; expect
to be able to start using sports facilities by June 1st
* Janah -- CNP has provided breakfast/lunch for from ~600 to ~300
students daily (curbside at Middle School since March 23) ... will
end May 22nd
* Myers -- ordered more Chromebooks today
7. Superintendent's Report
* Lance West -- working on design/location for
multi-purpose building on HS campus (for wrestling / weight room &
more) for future bond
* News

* Working on "Plan B" if students not allowed back in classrooms
in August (i.e. if another latge COVID-19 spike) ... but primary plan
is for students in school. Unclear how things will be diffetent from
past normal.
8. Proposed Executive Session to Discuss Resignations and hiring of
Temporary Certified Staff (as attached) for the 2020-2021 School Year,
Pursuant to 25-OS ss 307(B)(1) of the Open Meeting Law.

12. Discussion and Vote to hire the Certified Teachers (Temporary
Status) for the 2020-2021 School Year.(as attached)

13. Discussion and Possible Vote to Change School Arrival and Dismissal
Times for FY 2021 -- Approved -- after lengthy
study driven by multiple factors including difficultes with bus scheduling
between elementary & secondary routes causing some elementary
students to have lengthy waits at school waiting for bus to return.
Also allows later start for JrHi athletics and HS band. A letter will
be sent to current parents soon with additional information.
