5. Consent Agenda (A-E)
All matters under “Consent” are considered by the City Commission to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. Any Commissioner may, however, remove an item from consent by request. A motion to approve the Consent Agenda is non-debatable.

A) Approval of minutes of the June 18, 2018 regular City Commission meeting
B) Approval of Claims in the amount of $69,561.77.
C) Approval of June #2 Payroll in the amount of $58,288.46.
D) Approval of Cemetery Deeds: Benton Hathaway-1 space; Kenneth & Nancy Anderson- 2 spaces; Paul & Margaret Penfield-8 spaces; Verna Maulsby-2 spaces; Linda Butcher-2 spaces; Margaret Landers-1space; Robert & Lola Vice-1 space; Shawna Parsley-4 spaces; Steward & Cindy Patterson-1space.
E) Approval of Budget Amendment #90 $40,000 REAP Grant Reversal-FY 2017-2018 Grant Reimbursement for FY 2018-2019.

6. Discussion, consideration and possible action concerning items removed from the Consent Agenda.

7. Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve Ordinance Number 931, an ordinance accepting, adding and annexing to the City of Collinsville, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, all that certain real estate being more particularly described hereinafter; providing that said real estate shall be part of the City of Collinsville, Oklahoma, and all persons residing therein, if any, and all property situated therein, shall be subject to the jurisdiction, control, laws and ordinances of the City of Collinsville, Oklahoma; direction notification.
