5. Consent: All matters under “Consent” are considered by the City Commission to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. Any Commissioner may, however, remove an item from consent by request. A motion to approve the Consent Agenda is non-debatable.

--A. Approval of Minutes from May 1, 2017 Regular Meeting.
--B. Approval of Claims in the amount of $212,744.80.
--C. Approval of May 12, 2017 payroll in the amount of $54,119.61.
--D. Approval of Cemetery Deeds: Jack Smith – one space; Corene or Michael Shilling – eight spaces; Jeff or Lisa Jones – two spaces; Dana or Dewayne Floyd – one space; Ina Mae Harris – one space; Rick or Jennifer Winton – one space.
--E. Approval of Budget Amendment # 41, $596.03 Workers Comp reimbursement-Fire Dept.

6. Discussion, consideration and possible action concerning items removed from the Consent Agenda.

7. Presentation of Summer Reading Program.

8. Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve Ordinance Number 914, an ordinance amending Ordinance Number 606, The Zoning Code of the City of Collinsville, Oklahoma, by approving CZ-198; repealing all ordinances in conflict herewith; and declaring an emergency.
(Approximately 5.63 acres located at the Southwest corner of East 136th Street North and Hwy 169 from AG Agricultural District to CG Commercial District.)

9. First reading of Ordinance Number 915.

10. Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve Ordinance Number 915, an ordinance closing a portion of the public alley located in Section 29, Township 22 North, Range 14 East, City of Collinsville, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, according to the US Government survey thereof, said tract of land being more particularly described hereinafter, and retaining the rights of any holder of a franchise or others determined by the governing body to have a special right or privilege granted by ordinance or legislative enactment to maintain their existing utilities, and retaining the absolute right to reopen the portion of the public roadway without expense to the municipality.

11. Discussion, consideration and possible action declaring Ordinance Number 915 an emergency for the purpose of preserving the public health, safety and/or peace making it effective immediately upon passage and publication.

12. Discussion, consideration and possible action to declare 2005 Chevy Van, vehicle identification number GAHG39U151243848 surplus in Cemetery/Park Department.

13. Discussion, consideration and possible action to declare 1994 Chevy One Ton Flatbed, vehicle identification number 1GBJC34K2RE225873 surplus in Cemetery/Park Department.
