16) Superintendent’s Report. -- Lance West
reported on these topics:
* Hard for school "family" dealing with death of Terry
Due. ~2000 attended his funeral in HS gym. Thanks to staff for
prep work and meals afterwards. Scholarship fund at American Bank.
* All buildings ready for students
* Still
short one bus driver.
* Principals have met with their staffs. Administrators
met away from school distractions (in Owasso) for 2 days working
plans for school year.
* Finances -- good trend for expenses -vs- revenue

* Approved -- Contract adjustment with
J.D. Young ... $135 more per month ... but replaces 7 copiers with
new Tobisha models. Old copiers have required a lot of repairs recently.
