2). Members Present:Stout, Ostrander, Johnson, and Morrison -- (Tim Reed was absent)

items 3-17 were approved
* the people associated with items 4-11 were the same as last year
* 5) CCOSA was joined ($1K legal + $2K admin assist)
* 6) board policy changes --
-- Greivance policy -- minor changes
-- Bullying Policy -- shorter version thanprevious ... form for complaints -- Kelly Hamlin coordinator for district -- more student &staff education -- crisis team interface
* 7) OSAG got the worker's comp bid ... down $14 from last year
* 8) employee tracking software (hours, sick days, vacations, etc) $7272
* 9) all renewals from past few years ... rates the same ... good group for difficult services
* 10) buyers for old books hard to find now (see photo above right)
-- Herald books were old math texts & CNP surplus was old range (non functional at Wilson)

* 11) CNP Bids accepted (cafeteria prices to kids remain the same this year)
-- Grocery - 3 bids - Saved $18K with "Performance & Service" -- Cisco spinoff - also used by Union schools
-- Produce - 2 Bids - "Go Fresh" best
-- Milk - had Highland last 7 years -- Bordens had low bid this year
-- Bread - 1 bid "Earth Grain" - had some difficulties last year -- giving another try
-- Pizza - 1 bid - "Mazzios" -- successful last year - kids loved it -- up 10c/pizza
-- Chemicals -- "MASCO" -- stay with them -- dish cleaning, etc

Executive session 6:27-7:35pm

16) Rehired support, CNP, transportation, ... staffs
17) Accepted resignation -- 1 year teacher returning to Owasso (Kristie Birkenfield)

18) Hired:
-- Michael White as bus mechanic ... can cover 95% of mechanical needs here
-- Tiffany Hammonds -- Kindergarten teacher -- from Muskogee ... moving to Collinsville
-- Keri Houts -- Herald admin -- had been ECC para -- help Mrs. Hunt with paperwork / filing
-- Robert Early -- Assistant Band Director ... out of retirement ... Jenks, Putnam City, Clarem.
-- Ronda Lelecas - Special Ed Para -- 3rd grade -- has political science bachelors
-- Ashley Williams -- 14 years food service -- replace Jackie Taile at HS

19) Approved lease / purchases:
a) stamp / meter machine
b) Coke out bid Pepsi ... neither offering "upfront" money any more ... have to sell product first ... beverage companies have taken big hit with new health laws in recent years
c) ESC Building payment to RCB
d) ~$5K/mo for copiers
e) bus lease thru FY18 (i.e. 3 more years)

20) Drector's Reports
-- Julie Crutchfield -- bank switchover going OK -- will have to maintain both until previous year bills all paid

21) Lance West report --
-- Upper Elementary asphalting had begun on parking and bus loops ... inside "looks awesome" ... carpet to media center soon ... all may be done by next week?
-- High School -- hit a water line / issues with an old electrical panel / all may not be ready by first day of school (especially gym) / may start volleyball season at Upper Elem gym
-- Moves / remodeling at other campuses going well
-- Finances wrapping up year -- some revenues may be late --- won't know carryover until then (~$750K to $900K)
-- Next year's budget presentation at next board meet
