1. Call to Order.

2. Roll Call. -- Present (Glen Reser, Jenny Walker, and Ted Wright) -
Absent (Adam Steidley and Kelly Benham)

3. Approval of Minutes from December 16, 2014 Regular Meeting. -- Approved

4. Discussion and possible action on proposed City Lake Trail. -- Approved, a park board recommendation to proceed with design and implementation of a bike trail at the Collinsville City Lake (northeast of town). Options discussed included a $2k cost design, natural surface trail (not paved), single track (~2 ft wide -vs 3-4 ft), different loops for distance choices, no motorized vehicles, possible multi-use trail for cross country training course and hiking trail, volunteer help creating & maintaining trail, possible new parking area and trail head at south end off E. 151st St. N., secondary trail head at existing entrance off 145 E. Ave, 2-3 mile total distance, no lights - daytime use only, possible comparison with ClaremoreTrails,org., potential $1K signage donation by Adventure Signs, potential "Healthy Community" grant,

5. Discussion and possible action on relocation of Sand Volleyball Court. -- Approved, the court will be placed in the mostly flat area where the swimming pool had once been located (west of the splash pad and two new pavilions and south of the old pool house which is used for storage). The previous location discussed had been south of the skate board area.

6. Discussion and possible action on recognition plaque for sculpture. -- Approved, allowing Wade Nachtigal to recommend a plaque design/location for his donated sculpture to then be reviewed by the park board.

7. Adjournment. -- 5:26pm
