Rural Firefighters Planning To Shape Up
Collinsville's Rural Firefighters have to decided to compete in a "Biggest Loser" type competition to see which can lose the highest percentage body fat between Jan. 15 and June 4th. A fitness consultant from the Tulsa Fire Department will be assisting in the effort as will Collinsville's Rock Gym which will offer discounts on workouts at the gym.
Tim Nelson was first on the scales Thursday as the starting weights and body fat measurements were taken.
