The Collinsville City Commission met Monday Oct. 6th (at the City Hall Community Room, 106 N 12th Street) for a 7pm regular of the Municipal Authority & City Commission.

----------- Collinsville Municipal Authority:

A. Approval of Minutes of the September 15, 2008 Regular Meeting.
B. Approval of Claims and Payroll.

5. Discussion, consideration and possible action on items removed from the Consent Agenda.

6. Discussion, consideration and possible action to approve Agreement for Engineering Services regarding ODEQ Consent Order No 08-09.

7. Discussion, consideration and possible action to declare the following items surplus:

8. Discussion, consideration and possible action relating to a request for adoption of Ordinance No. 821, an ordinance relating to building regulation and codes, Part 5, Chapter 3 of the Code of City Ordinances of the City of Collinsville, Oklahoma, amending section 5-306, fees, expiration, providing for severability, repealing all ordinances in conflict therewith and declaring an emergency and effective date.

9. Discussion, consideration and possible action of Emergency Clause pertaining to Ordinance No. 821.

10. Discussion, consideration and possible action relating to a request for adoption of Ordinance No. 822, an ordinance relating to building regulation and codes, Part 5, Chapter 2 of the Code of City Ordinances of the City of Collinsville, Oklahoma, amending Section 5-205, registration fee, expiration, providing for severability, repealing all ordinances in conflict therewith and declaring an emergency and effective date.

11. Discussion, consideration and possible action of Emergency Clause pertaining to Ordinance No. 822.

12. New Business (New Business is any item of business which could not have been foreseen at the time of posting of the agenda.)

13. Adjournment.

Discussion, consideration and possible action relating to a request for adoption of Ordinance No. 823, an Ordinance relating to Utilities, Part 17, Chapter 6 of the Code of the City Ordinances of the City of Collinsville, Oklahoma, amending Section 17-603 (A), Penalty, providing for severability, repealing all Ordinances in conflict therewith and declaring an emergency and effective date.

7. Discussion, consideration and possible action of Emergency Clause pertaining to Ordinance No. 823.

8. Discussion, consideration and possible action relating to a request for adoption of Ordinance No. 824, an Ordinance relating to Municipal Court, Part 6, Chapter 1, Municipal Courts, Section 6-128, Sentencing; 6-130, fines and Costs; and 6-131, Penalty Assessment of the Code of City Ordinances of the City of Collinsville, Oklahoma, providing for severability, repealing all Ordinances in conflict therewith and declaring an emergency and effective date.

9. Discussion, consideration and possible action of Emergency Clause pertaining or Ordinance No. 824.
