Hogs 'N' Hot Rods Volunteers
& Funding Needs
As you know our 7th annual Hogs and Hot Rods event is underway. We are excited about the day and look forward to making it a wonderful day for everyone who attends! As we continue to plan, we of course encourage involvement from all of Collinsville. We will be hosting a Volunteer Rally at Collinsville Library on May 22nd at 6pm. We will be serving dinner to our participants and assigning tasks to our volunteers as well as getting Tee Shirt sizes. One of the challenges we face as we plan is finding cost-effective, yet quality ways to offset some of our costs for the event. Our big expenses are Event Insurance at $545.00, Toilet facilities at $1500.00, Continous supply of ice at $1000.00, DJ expenses $450.00. If anyone has any contacts or creative ways to fund these expenses or if you simply would like to donate, please give me a call and let me know. (408-9520) Any help would be greatly appreciated. Have a wonderful day!
