Eighteen members of the Home Representative Club met March 4, 2008 at the Collinsville Library. Final plans for the annual Sr. Tea on April 3 were discussed, and Laura Colpitt Maul signed the register as a new member. After sharing a "sassy arts" presentation, Susan Babbitt gave a program on the new Ward-Wiseman Animal Shelter, with assistant Brinkley Howard. Brinkley shared a book she wrote and illustrated titled "Lost and Pound."
Members in attendance also included Barbara Colpitt, Krista Nall, Kitty Thomas, Alberta Bonebrake, Helen Murphy, Carolyn Brinkley, Margaret Waldorf, EvaJo Sheehan, Dee Fildes, Bobbie Loveless, Marsha Nachtigall, Pat Anderson, Linda Pfeffer, Rusti Howard, Jeanie Barnes, and guest Caden Maul.

Wilson Elementary celebrated Dr Seuss's birthday last Friday by wearing crazy hats. Dr Seuss's birthday was March 2nd. We celebrate him every year. -- Debbie Wolfe (Wilson Elem. Library) 3/10/2008
