The start of the school year leaves many students looking forward to a fresh box of crayons, sharp pencils and new notebooks. The goal of the School Supply Drive is to make sure that every child (Pre-K through 5th grade) in the Collinsville School District, whose family is experiencing financial hardship, enters school with new school supplies the first day of school. This is a community effort, coordinated by Meadowcreek United Methodist Church in conjunction with the Collinsville School Board, Collinsville Chamber of Commerce, Collinsville Ministerial Alliance and private individuals.

Your child must be enrolled in the Collinsville School District only. Please note: the community need may exceed the supply. Register early to insure school supplies for your child. Registration will be at Meadowcreek United Methodist Church located in Collinsville at 14205 E. 146 Street N.

Registration dates and times:
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. June 23-Aug 6

If you would like to help finance this effort, you may bring your donation to Meadowcreek United Methodist Church at 14205 E. 146 St. N. in Collinsville. Make checks payable to Meadowcreek United Methodist Church and designate to the Collinsville School Supply Drive. Or you can mail your donations to:

Meadowcreek United Methodist Church
P.O. Box 152
Collinsville, Oklahoma 74021

Should there be any surplus funds, these funds will be equally divided among the elementary schools.
