Jessie Henry took a big rip at this pitch in the first inning against Glenpool but didn't connect.
Kristie Moore pitched the first 4 innings against Glenpool for a 2-1 lead Monday. Another apparent Glenpool run in the 2nd was taken off the board following a long discussion after a batting order violation.
Linsey Curtis made the throw to 1st base for an out on a Glenpool bunt as Randi Gilmartin hurried back to cover her 3rd base position.
Brittni Schmauss danced out of the way of this pitch.
Kylee Cole pitched the final 3 innings against the Glenpool varsity with the final score 5-1.
Randi Gilmartin (19) made the catch on this foul pop up with catcher Kristina Shearer ready to help if needed.
Kristina Shearer caught this foul pop up to end a bases loaded Glenpool threat in the 5th inning.
If this dog had been paying more attention to the game it would have seen Brittany Scott take a pitch off her left knee on this play in the 6th inning.
Beth Ruddle (2) was pitching for the Lady Cards in the JV game with a 3-0 lead when I left after 2 innings to attend the City Commission meeting. -- Ted

Shelby Potter (26) was catching for the JV against Glenpool here Monday Aug. 18th.
Rachel Donegan (#12) cruised into 3rd base (left) in the first inning and was later safe at the plate (right) on a passed ball in the 1st inning of the JV game.
