The PTO is still raising funds for a complete ECC playground but the kids do have a few toys to play on now.
Laura got to celebrate a birthday in addition to being selected as a "Cardinal With Character".
ECC student lunchtime
Way back when I was a first grader ... a new cafeteria was built at the high school (where the current middle school library is located). My Central Elementary classmates would eat in the same location as the other 1st-12th grade students on the same campus. There was no kindergarten but there were other elementary students (1st-6th) at Washington (before Wilson was built). Those that I recognize in the 1958 photo: Gary Howard, Mike Sills, Ruby Sappington, Harla Holt and Brenda Clark. -- Ted Wright (CHS 1969)

Chick-fil-A has chosen Wilson Elementary to pilot a new program for them. It is called The Core Essentials Character Education Program.

Our school will be showcased at the Chick-fil-A restaraunt in Owasso. It's goal is to unite home, school and the community through character education.

Chick-fil-A will be here this morning (Sept. 28th) at 9:30 am for a kick off assembly.
