$19,485 CEF Grants Awarded
Collinsville Education Foundation Funded Academic Supplemental Requests From Collinsville Teachers

The Collinsville Education Foundation awarded their annual academic supplemental grants to the Collinsville Public Schools Friday. The 2007/2008 grant total ($19,485) is the largest in the almost ten year history of the foundation. This new figure (along with the annual $1000 scholarship to a CHS senior) puts the foundation's grand total awarded since 1998 at over $100,000.

The Trustees of CEF encourage all people interested in educating our community's youth to join the foundation.

The majority of funds raised this year came from the foundation's golf tournament & sponsors.
