and Doug Rogers are the proud parents of three children, Delaney age 7,
Dalton age 5 and Colby age 15 days. Two hours after birth, Colby was place
in neo-natal ICU at St. Francis with fluid in his lungs. He and Shelly
were released 4 days later.
Just 11 days after Colby's birth Shelly, 32 years old, was stricken with 3 successive heart attacks causing the left ventrical of her heart to collapse. She was admitted to St. Francis Heart Hospital on November 12th in critical condition. With all the prayers and excellent care from the doctors and staff at St Francis she was able to come home on November 18th. The outpouring of prayers, good wishes, flowers and food donations have been amazing. Still there are many people that would like to help this young struggling family. If you would like to help this family a "Shelly Rogers Heart Fund" has been established with the First Bank of Owasso.
