Collinsville's Piggly Wiggly (grocery store on 17th between Main and Broadway) was closed Tuesday evening when I drove by. The signs read "closed until Fri or Sat". I had a second hand report Monday that the walls were bulging and the roof leaking inside due to the heavy snow. Tuesday was the first day I even had my car out of the garage so I don't know when the closure started. -- Ted -- 12/5/2006 |
