2005 CHS
Seniors' Academics Acknowledged

These 2005 CHS Seniors were presented "Awards of Excellence" by The Collinsville Nifty Fifties organization at a banquet May 3rd: L-R Front: Jayme Howard, Brianna Brixey, Keeva Brumley, Heather Horn, Ashley Stewart, and Natalie Humble. Back: Adam Moore, Zach Graham, Naomi Nelson, Boone Upky, Cherina McColley and (inset) Matt Catlett.
The 2005 CHS students "on the menu" to the left were selected as the top students in each of the academic areas listed. The 1950-1959 CHS graduates will also award scholarships to 3 of these students but those won't be announced until the senior awards assembly May 16th at CHS.
Ron Evans (CHS Class of 1955) is the leader of the Nifty Fifties organization and the Master of Ceremonies for this event. He thanked all the many alumni and school personnel (including Linda Blunt, left) for their help in recognizing these outstanding students. Ron also reminded everyone of the CHS Oldtimers Reunion (June 4th) and the Nifty Fifties Reunion (June 11).
