The sign for the new animal shelter to be built at 156th St. N. and 129th E. Ave. was on display at the Library Thursday May 5th.
While the boys high school teams were playing regional baseball Thursday May 5th, these young ladies were playing softball on the adjoining fields at CHS.

Three members of the Dick McCarty family traveled from Colorado for the dedication of the two new benches in his name at Collinsville's Library Friday May 6th. Linda McCarty, Phil and Mary McCurdy are seated at the bench while community, Library and Red Hat friends join them behind the bench.
These Red Hat members try out the second bench at the Library Friday.
