Veterans, Cherokee and Downtown Groups Help Spruce Up Local Cemeteries
The local VFW had flags placed by veterans gravestones at Ridgelawn Cemetery Friday morning. The Victory Cherokee Organization and Collinsville Downtown Inc. workers were adding flowers and edging at the Victory Cemetery Friday. I'm sure both cemeteries will grow more colorful as the Memorial Day Weekend unfolds. -- Ted
