The City of Collinsville
offers many choices to pay your city utility bill. City of Collinsville utility
customers can pay their utility bill either by mail, in person or from your
bank account.
By
Mail: Utility customers can pay by check or money order through
the mail. Just mail in your remittance stub along with your payment to: City
of Collinsville Utilities, P.O. Box 730, Collinsville, Ok 74021.
In Person: Customer service is open to
accept payments from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday at City Hall, located
at 901 W Center. Payments can be made in person with cash, check, money order
or credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
From Bank Account: Customers have the
option to have their monthly utility bill automatically deducted from their
savings or checking account. To request this service, call us or come by the
office and ask for an authorization form. Fill out the form and return it
to us. It's that easy! Customers will still receive their monthly bill so
that they will know the amount of the automatic draft.

City offices have now moved back to the original restored City Hall at 106
