Collinsville's
Rebyl Richardson (#20) was close to scoring Collinsville's 4th run but was tagged
out to end the 3rd inning here Tursday against Oologah. Coach Stan Irvin challenged
if the plate was legally blocked as the catcher didn't have the ball and tag
Rebyl until after the initial collision at the plate. I had to leave at that
point for the 60th Anniversary Celebration at the Fair, but suspect Stan lost
the arugment. -- Ted
Lady
Cards pitcher Kelli Dunagan (#11) puts her whole body into the pitch towards
an Oologah batter Aug. 18th. Danielle Kern (#4) is ready on 3rd base and Toni
Slagle watches from the temporary 3rd base bleachers.
Taylor
Whisenhunt (#15) lined out to Oologah's 3rd baseman in the Cards 1st at bat.
The bat is still in the air and the ball is in front of the 3rd baseman's face.
