Classes Start August 18th

The planned enrollment for middle school students indicated students would use the "new office entrance on Center Street". For the past several days Center Street paving has been removed leaving a dirt road. Middle School Principal Kelly Hamlin says things are changing quickly and she hopes everything will be ready on time, but just in case check cvilleok.com for changes. Kelly also said signs will be posted for enrollment.
School and the fair are starting about the same time with many entries due to the 60th annual Tri-County Fair on Aug. 17th and open for exhibit Aug. 18th and finishing up Sunday Aug. 21.

12th - 9th Grade Fri. Aug 12th (8am - Noon) at HS
8th - 6th Grade Tue. Aug 9th (9am - Noon) at MS
(Bring shot records, birth cert, & proof of parent residency)
Herald Elementary Wed. Aug 10th (9am - 2pm)
Wilson Elementary & Early Childhood Center Wed. Aug 10th (9am - 2pm)
Note: With middle school construction still wrapping up ... and the office location changing (i.e. their phones were out earlier today 8/4) check back for updates on this web site for start of school information. -- Ted

Teacher's student lists will be posted on the front windows of Herald Elementary at 4pm Wed. Aug 16th. Meet the Teacher Night is 4-6pm Aug. 17th and classes start Aug. 18th.
The lights in the new library at the middle school may soon become a familiar sight to the night time visitors across the street at the Middle School gym for sports events during the year.
