The Cherokee Nation is sponsoring the award-winning Cherokee Nation History Course at the American Bank of Oklahoma Community Room. The classes will meet on Tuesday evenings, from 6:30-9:30 p.m., for fourteen weeks beginning Tuesday, January 20, 2004, and continue through April 20, 2004. The course is free to the public and all materials will be provided by the Cherokee Nation. No work outside class is required. Citizens of the Cherokee Nation are especially urged to attend. To reserve a place and register or for further information call Janice Fields at 371-5449. The instructor for the course will be Dr. Marcus L. Juby who resides in Skiatook.
