59th Annual

Collinsville Tri-County Fair

Aug 18-19-20-21, 2004

Summer Celebration
In the mid-1940's the Collinsville Tri-County Fair came into existance because members of the farm club, civic groups and businessmen believed that we should recognize the importance of agriculture in our area. Animals were shown in open as well as junior classes. At that time, Collinsville was the Dairy Capital of Oklahoma.

Agriculture has declined in our area over the years so the emphasis has shifted to the junior exhibitor. Our August fair offers the junior livestock exhibitors the opportunity to begin grooming their animals for county and state fairs. The family department continues to be the place to exhibit the domestic skills of the home, yard and garden.

Family, Youth and 4-H exhibits may be entered Wednesday, August 18, 5-7pm, in the Veteran's Building.
